Hotel pick-up: For Cebu City Hotels - 9:00am or 1:00pm; For Mactan Hotels - 8:00am or 1:00pm. Kindly be at the hotel lobby at least 5minutes prior to scheduled pick-up. Please provide your hotel address one (1) day prior to tour activity.

- For voluntary cancellations or rebooking requests, travelers may be required to provide documentation supporting the reason for cancellation or change.
