  1. Modification of terms of use

    GoPinas reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, at its own discretion and from time to time, without prior notice. Your continued use of this website after shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.     GoPinas provides an online platform offering bundled tours (hotel and tours) which allows its users to create an account tailored to its fit, including payment channels to facilitate any payment for booking and / or reservation. By making a booking through this website, you make an offer to book a bundled offer at the price listed and such other terms and conditions stated in the description and other terms stated in this website.

    GoPinas makes no warranty that, (i) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, (ii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iii) the quality of any products, services, content, information, or other materials purchased or obtained by you through the website will meet your expectations, (iv) any errors in the software will be corrected, or (v) that this website, its content, and the server on which the website and content are available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

    The user shall be responsible, at all times, for the completeness and correctness of all information to be provided in the website. In the event a problem occurs, GoPinas customer service shall render all efforts to assist the user.     GoPinas also reserves the right not to accept your bookings for whatever legal reason which includes, but not limited to, breach of Terms of Use, force majeure events, legal restrictions, suspected criminal activity, payment method problems, threats, violence, communication problems etc. In case payment has already been made, refund shall be made based on restrictions stated in your booking.

    All information displayed in the website including, but not limited to, texts, graphics, photographs, video and other materials are property of either GoPinas or their respective owners to whom consent was properly obtained for the use thereof. Unauthorized use, copy, modification, distribution, display, re-sell, or otherwise exploitation for whatever purpose of the contents of this website are strictly prohibited.

    A “force majeure” event shall be construed as any event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Covered Parties which can include, but is not limited to, natural disasters, weather conditions, quarantine, epidemic, pandemic, communication breakdown, terrorist act, war, fire, nuclear incidents, armed hostilities, pilferage, bankruptcy etc.

    GoPinas will carry the responsibility required by relevant laws if it is proven to be at fault through its own willful or intentional misconduct or gross negligence in providing the service stated herein.

  7. Miscellaneous

    GoPinas does not own nor operate the properties stated in the bundled tours. The owners of properties and the tours included in your package are liable and responsible to you as their own guests.

    The Terms of Use and the services provided in this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine laws. Any dispute arising hereto or any services connected to GoPinas must be settled amicably or if necessary, be exclusively submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the City of Manila to the exclusion of other courts.
