Before your trip:

To book a tour, you may choose among our well-curated bundles and day tours under Tours tab on the menu or fill-in the Search Destinations box. For a tailor-made tour, our Trip Planner is perfect you.

Some tours have limited availability. It is best to book your tour as soon as you have a confirmed travel date.

If your preferred destination is not listed, you may send us an email by filling out a form found at the Contact Us page.

Information regarding places to visit, inclusions, itinerary and terms and conditions will be displayed when you click on the tour.

Booking confirmation will be sent via registered email address. This may take 24 hours after we have received and processed your payment.

If no confirmation is received 24 hours after payment, you may send us an email thru the Contact Us page.

To avail the tour, you may present a mobile or printed copy of the voucher to the tour guide.

To qualify, travel by air to your destination is required. Free travel insurance coverage is limited to a maximum of 3 days.

Upon receipt of Booking Confirmation, you will be requested to email a copy of your flight details and personal data to info@gopinas.com. Pioneer SafeTrip Comprehensive Travel Insurance policy will be sent via email at least 48 hours prior to your flight departure.

You may send an email to info@gopinas.com and we’ll provide you a computation for the additional days. Our average response time is 4 hours.

During your trip:

Contact details of the local tour guide will be included in the Booking Reminder which will be sent via email at least 48 hours before your trip. You may also send an email to info@gopinas.com.

Tour is forfeited and non-refundable.

We encourage you to book with GoPinas as we offer discounted rates on most of our tours.

Any remaining tours or hotel accommodation are forfeited and non-refundable.

After your trip:

There is no need to contact GoPinas. However, we welcome any feedback that you may share before or during your trip.

Of course, we love to get your insights. Any photos that will be uploaded in the website will be credited to you.

Payment Process

We are accepting Philippine peso (PHP).

There are several payment options to choose from. You may pay via bank deposit, online bank payment or thru payment centers.

You may send an email to info@gopinas.com and specify the error message. We’ll coordinate with our programmer and IT to resolve the issue.

You may email a copy of the payment or bank deposit receipt to info@gopinas.com.

Account Settings

No, you may check-out as guest when purchasing bundles or day tours. However, if you want to customize a trip using Trip Planner, you will be required to create an account.

When you login to your account, input your registered email address and click “Forgot password” button. A Reset Password Notification will be sent via email.

Login to your account and click “Edit Profile” button.

You may request GoPinas to cancel your account. Simply fill out a form found at the Contact Us page.

It allows you to save your previous and upcoming tours.
